Whether you’re new to Service Agent or want a quick refresher, this guide walks you through the essential steps of setting up your AI agent, from logging in to going live.


Step-by-Step Onboarding

  1. Account Setup
    • Log in using your credentials sent via email or using Google login.
    • Complete the basic profile info (company name, contact email, etc.).
  2. Create Your First AI Agent
    • Click “Create Agent” in your Service Agent dashboard.
    • Give your agent a name, voice and accent to begin testing.
  3. Customize & Configure
    • Go to "Agent Settings" and add scripts for common scenarios (sales inquiries, scheduling, support, etc.).
    • Start adding most frequently asked questions and answers to the "Knowledge Base" section.
  4. Link a Number
    • Buy and link a new number for the AI agent or proceed by using the Free Number that ServiceAgent.ai provides.
    • Reach out to us if you are interested in porting and we can set it up for you.
  5. Add a Contact
    • Manually add new contacts by providing their email, name, and phone number.
    • Once added, these contacts can be scanned for incoming calls, allowing you to track and handle each interactions more efficiently.
  6. View Conversations
    • Keep an eye on all incoming calls being managed by your agent.
    • Access call summaries, transcripts, and recommended action items to follow up on.
Your AI agent is now ready to handle calls—and create transcripts, call summaries, and action items to keep you in the loop.
