Easily connect your ServiceAgent.ai account with Go High Level(Sub agency account) to automatically log all your calls (completed and missed) as notes - with Call Summary, Action Items, and other caller details with the contact from which you received the call. Keep all your contact in ServiceAgent synced in Go High Level while creating or updating contact in ServiceAgent.

What This Integration Does

Once connected, every call handled through ServiceAgent - whether completed or missed - will be automatically logged in your Go High Level sub agency account under the appropriate contact. All contact created or updated in ServiceAgent will be synced in Go High Level.


🔧 How to Set Up the Integration

Follow these simple steps to connect ServiceAgent.ai to your Go High Level.


Step 1: Go to integrations Page

  1. Log into your ServiceAgent ai account.

  2. Click integration

  3. Go to Go High Level card and click Connect


Step 2: Provide ServiceAgent Access

  1. A screen will open asking for permissions

  2. Click on next button.

  3. Select the sub account you want to connect. (Note - You need to be the member of that sub account)




📈 What Happens Next?

From this point forward, all calls handled via ServiceAgent will be recorded in your Go High Level:

  • Logged as Notes under the appropriate contact (based on the phone number match).

  • Each call activity will include:

    • 📞 Customer Number

    • ☎️  Agent Name & Number

    • 📄 Call Type

    • 🕒 Call Duration

    • 📝 Call Summary

    • Action Items

    • 🔖 Tags

    • 🔁 Conversation Link

    • 📅 Call Timestamp
