Once connected, every call handled through ServiceAgent - whether completed or missed, every appointment booking event or contact updated or created is sent to your zap.
🔧 How to Set Up the Integration
Follow these simple steps to connect ServiceAgent.ai to your Zapier.
Step 1: Go to integrations Page
Log into your ServiceAgent ai account.
Click integration
Go to Zapier card and click Connect
Step 2: Provide ServiceAgent Access
A screen will open asking for permissions
Click on Accept invite and create zap button
From developers page fetch your api key and provide it to zapier for authentication.
Create zaps by subscribing to different ServiceAgent's events and publish it.
📈 What Happens Next?
After zap it created you can create different actions for your events. You can also easily unsubscribe to events by unpublishing it in zapier or simply disconnecting it from ServiceAgent.
